Mr. Marvin Keith Eudy, age 75, of Albemarle, NC, passed away on Wednesday, March 23rd, 2011 at Stanly Regional Medical Center in Albemarle, NC.
His funeral will be at 2 PM on Saturday, March 26th, 2011 in Stanly Funeral Home's Chapel and his family will receive friends from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM just prior to the hour of service. Rev. James Potts and Rev. Rufus Fulcher will officiate and burial will be in Anderson Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with full military graveside rites conducted by the Stanly County DAV Ritual Team.
Born April 4th, 1935 in Stanly County, NC, Mr. Eudy was the son of the late Marvin Albert and Rona Mae Burris Eudy.
He was a retired employee of Wiscassett Mill Company and former employee of Southeastern Materials, SCUSA, and Advance Auto Parts. He attended Anderson Grove Baptist Church and was a veteran of the US Army.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Almond Eudy; one son, Randy Keith Eudy and wife Teresa B. Eudy of Albemarle, NC; one daughter, Mystie Eudy Lowder and husband Greg of Albemarle, NC; three brothers: Michael L. Eudy of Albemarle, NC, Gary S. Eudy of Albemarle, NC, and David Eudy of Albemarle, NC; six grandchildren: Christie Shue, Brandon Keith Eudy, Brittni Schricker, Jennifer Morton, Christie Simms, and Terry Ingold; and three great-grandchildren.
