Broyce Lazelle Snuggs Moose, 82, of Albemarle passed away Sunday July 21, 2013 in Carolinas Medical Center Charlotte.
Her funeral service will be 2 PM Tuesday July 23rd, 2013 in the Stanly Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Fairview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Tuesday at Stanly Funeral Home from Noon until 1:30 prior to the funeral service.
Born January 9, 1931 in Stanly County, she was the daughter of the late Henry Alex Snuggs and Vada Smith Snuggs and was a homemaker and former bookkeeper with Moose's Dairy.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Albemarle and was very active in the life of her church and the WMU. She served for many years as the bookkeeper of the Southside Volunteer Fire Dept. She loved her family dearly.
She was married to Gene Howard Moose of Albemarle. Other survivors include son Howard A. Moose and wife Sonya of Albemarle, daughter Donna M. Sinclair and husband Art of Chester, VA, brother Max Snuggs and wife Gail of Concord, 5 grandchildren Daniel A. Sinclair and wife Emilee of Wilmington, NC, Andrew T. Sinclair and wife Amy of Midlothian VA, Kellie M. Sinclair of Charlottesville, VA, Nathan H. Moose and Davis G. Moose of Albemarle and 3 great-grandchildren: Jackson, Josiah and Jeremiah.
A granddaughter Breann Lee Moose and two sisters Trudie Griffin, and Elsie Greene all preceded her in death.
