Luther (June) Benjamin Eudy Jr. 91 of Norwood died Monday Evening, February 17, 2020.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon Friday, February 21, 2020 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel . Rev. Derrick Adcock and family friend, Tom Mauldin will officiate and interment will follow in Harward’s Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Eudy was born April 12, 1928 in Stanly County to the late Luther and Analiza Carpenter Eudy. He was a Army veteran of the Korean War a retiree of Collins and Aikman in Norwood and a longtime member of Norwood Church of the Nazarene.
He is survived by his wife Nellie Allen Eudy. His son Danny Eudy ( Jo Ann) of Concord. His granddaughter, Summer Danielle Eudy and two great-grandsons, Sawyer Ryan Webb and Luke Daniel Webb.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Tammy Lynn Eudy, brother, Herbert Eudy, Sisters, Lucille Williamson, Florence Austin, Elsie Brock and Ruth Hinson.
