Phyllis A. Beck, 79, of Blake Road, died Friday, June 7, 2013 at her residence.
Born in Salisbury, NC, Phyllis was a daughter of the late Amon and Esther Rinehart.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Beck, her brother Spencer Rinehart and great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Peighton Mishoe.
Survivors include her daughters, Kathy Beck of Myrtle Beach and Marlene Miller and husband Kelly of Hickory, NC. Grandchildren, Jennifer Dutrow of Winston-Salem, NC, Jason MacDonald and wife Ann of Fayetteville, NC, Heather Mishoe and husband Dan of Richlands, NC, Jeremiah MacDonald and wife Brandy of Travelers Rest, SC and Michelle Corvin and husband Daryl of Hickory, NC. Great-grandchildren, Lillian, James, Charles Ann, Sara Wallace, Wyatt, Anna Jason, Gavin and Tanner. She is also survived by a sister, Betty Yates of Salisbury, NC and a brother Bill Rinehart of Asheville, NC.
The family would also like to send a special thank you to Debbie Chappell and her loving companion "Baby".
The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM on Sunday, June 9, 2013 at the Hillcrest Mausoleum Chapel with a service immediately following with Reverend Stephen Barfield officiating.
