FAITH - Helena Frick Eidson, 77, Faith, died Thursday (March 16, 2000) at Rowan Regional Medical Center, Salisbury.
Born March 20, 1922, in Rowan County, Mrs. Eidson was a daughter of the late Myrtle Rhinhardt and John Wesley Frick. She was educated in the Rowan County schools. A homemaker, she also baked cakes for the public for more than 30 years.
Mrs. Eidson was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and the Faith Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
Her husband, Coy E. Eidson, died Dec. 8, 1984.
Survivors include daughters Judy Russell and Marlene Dunn, both of Salisbury; brothers Robert "Brynn" Frick, Faith, and Benny Frick, Georgia; sister Sadie Lea, Durham; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Services: Graveside, 10 a.m. Monday, National Cemetery, Salisbury, conducted by the Rev. Keith Copeland, pastor, Faith Lutheran Church.
Visitation: 4-6 p.m. today, Powles Funeral Home, Rockwell.
