Mary Ruth Lambert Poole
ROCKWELL - Mary Ruth Lambert Poole, 66, Rockwell, died Wednesday (Jan. 12, 2000) at Rowan Regional Medical Center, Salisbury, after several days of serious illness.
Born March 21, 1933, in Rowan County, Mrs. Poole was a daughter of Evola Miller Lambert, Rockwell, and the late Gurley D. Lambert. A graduate of Rockwell High School, she was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Survivors include son Donnie W. Poole, Salisbury; daughters Mrs. Tommy (Glenda) Jones and Pam Koontz, both of Salisbury, Mrs. Wayne (Sharon) Holder, Catawba, and Mrs. Larry (Cindy) Harmon, Rockwell; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services: 11 a.m. Friday, Powles Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Bruce Graham, pastor, Canaan Baptist Church. Burial, Brookhill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation: 6:30-8:30 tonight at the funeral home. At other times the family will be at the home of daughter Cindy Harmon of Link Street.
