Burial, Oaklawn Cemetery, Asheboro.
She was a native of Rowan County, a homemaker, a well known local artist and a member of the Central Wesleyan Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Charles Stout.
Survivors: daughters, Naomi Grace Weinwurm, of Troutman, VA, Evangeline Ruth Stout , of Asheboro, Carolyn Sue Heckman, of Bridgeton, NJ, sons, Charles Lawrence Stout, Jr., of Asheboro, James Ray Stout, of Randleman, sister, Amy Stowe, of Greenwood, SC, eight grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren.
Visitation, 1 PM to 2 PM, Wednesday, Loflin Funeral Home, Ramseur.
