CONCORD - Betty Alma Page Welch, 75, of 7260 Miami Church Road, Concord, passed away on Wednesday, July 21, 2010, at her home.
Born on Aug. 6, 1934, in Cabarrus County to the late Ernest and Mamie Creed Page. She was a member of Miami Baptist Church.
The family meeting place will be the home.
A visitation will be held at Miami Baptist Church on Saturday, July 24, 2010, from 10 to 11 a.m. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Robert Howard officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by daughters, Betty Merrill of Concord, Michelle Giles of Lancaster, S.C., Linda Conner of York, S.C., Billie Stallings of Mount Pleasant; sisters, Rose Harkey of Mount Pleasant, Robbie Patterson of Concord, Jane Furr of Mount Pleasant, Sue Smith of Concord; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren,
Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Cabarrus County or to Miami Baptist Church Land Fund.
