ALBEMARLE — Roger Dale Eudy, 55, 1630 Maple St., died Friday (Jan. 4, 2000) at Mercy Hospital, Charlotte.
Born April 29, 1944, in Stanly County, Mr. Eudy was a son of the late Esther Irene Lambert and Floyd James Eudy. He worked in quality control at Eudy Cabinet Manufacturing.
A member of Tabernacle United Methodist Church, he was active with the United Methodist Men. He sang in the choir, taught Sunday school and served on the administrative council.
Survivors include wife Carolyn Thompson Eudy, Albemarle; son Terry Wayne Eudy, Badin; brother Michael Floyd Eudy, Stanfield; sisters Kathy Fitzgerald and Sheila Eudy, both of Albemarle; and two granddaughters.
Services: 2 p.m. Sunday, Tabernacle United Methodist Church, conducted by the Rev. Dan Lyons. Burial, Stanly Gardens of Memory.
Visitation: 7-9 tonight, Hartsell Funeral Home, Albemarle. At other times the family will be at the residence.
