SALISBURY - Bonnie Hatley Carter, 61, of Salisbury, died Tuesday, April 25, 2006, at Rowan Regional Medical Center.
Born Feb. 7, 1945, in Rowan County, Mrs. Carter was a daughter of the late Margaret Boggs Hatley and Buddie Harding Hatley. A graduate of Boyden High School, she had been employed in the Finishing Department at Cannon Mills. Mrs. Carter was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Barry Grey Hatley.
Survivors include son Michael "Todd" Basinger and wife Jennifer of Cleveland; daughter Tracy Sale and husband Michael of Salisbury; twin brother Ronnie Daryl Hatley of Faith and brother Larry Ray Hatley of Salisbury; and five grandchildren.
Service : 3 p.m. Friday at Lyerly Funeral Home 's James C. Lyerly Chapel. Burial will be at Chestnut Hill Cemetery.
Visitation : 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
