Thelma Lambert Gentle
CONCORD - Thelma Lambert Gentle, 85, died Tuesday (June 21, 2005) at her residence.
She was born October 22, 1919 in Stanly County. Mrs. Gentle is the daughter of the late Hurley and Dora Furr Lambert.
Preceded in death by her husband Robert Lee Gentle, who died May 14, 1965, she was a homemaker and former employee of Bangle Brothers Hosiery Mill in Concord. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Concord.
She is survived by seven children, 21 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation: 7-8:30 Wednesday, Lady 's Funeral Home. At other times the family will be at 74 Marsh Ave. NW, Concord.
Service: 2 p.m. Thursday, Lady 's Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. John Sell will officiate.
Burial: Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery, Concord.
Memorials: Hospice of Cabarrus County P.O. Box 1235, Concord, NC 28026-1235 in memory of Mrs. Gentle.
