WILMINGTON - William Paul Sell, age 89, formerly of Concord, died Saturday, Feb. 14, 2004, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington.
He was born in Albemarle on Nov. 12, 1914, the son of the late Charles and Elmetta Furr Sell.
He was a co-owner and operator of Blaine Hosiery Mills of Locust for over 35 years. He was a member of Epworth Methodist Church for over 60 years and a Master Mason for many years.
Surviving are his wife, Helen Gray Sell of the home; a son, William P. Sell Jr. of Naples, Fla.; one granddaughter, Crystel Jarrell of Asheboro ; and two great-granddaughters.
Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Epworth United Methodist Church in Concord.
