Kim Russell, 49, of 40799 Paul’s Crossing Road, Richfield, died at 12:25 p.m. Friday, Dec. 26, 2008 at Stanly Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday with a 30-minute state at Matton’s Grove United Methodist Church, where she was a member. The Rev. Tony Bowman will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Born Nov. 30, 1959 in Stanly County, she was a daughter of Donald Grey Williams and Julia Ann Morris Williams, both of whom survive.
She was a member of management at IAC.
She is survived by her husband, Tony Russell of Richfield; three daughters, Nicole Russell Hinson and husband, Brian, of Norwood, Kayce Elizabeth Russell and Kayte Ann Russell, both of Richfield; two grandchildren, Jarrett Hinson of Norwood and Kaydn Russell of Richfield; a sister, Mitzi Ward of Badin; and a brother, Jeff Williams of Albemarle.
Memorials may be made to the Kim Russell Memorial Playground Fund, 24732 Matton’s Grove Church Road, Gold Hill, NC.
