LOCUST -- Worth Lee Eudy, 62, died Saturday, August 31, 2002 at his home, 414 E. Main Street, Locust, NC. Born December 31, 1939 in Stanly County, NC, he was the son of the late Cora Bell Herrin Eudy and Lawson Leander Eudy. He was a truck driver for Moore Sawmill.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday, September 2, 2002 at Bethel Baptist Church with The Rev. Randell Dockin officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Locust, NC. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday, September 1, 2002 at Hartsell Funeral Home-Midland.
The family will meet at the home, 414 E. Main St., Locust, NC.
He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
Survivors are wife, Margie Eudy of the home; sons, Jeff Eudy of Stanfield, NC, Jody Eudy of Mt. Pleasant, NC, Jerry Eudy of Stanfield, NC; daughter, Julia E. Kiker of Stanfield, NC; brothers, Hal Eudy of Stanfield, NC, Arnold Eudy of Stanfield, NC, Doyle Eudy of New London, NC; and sister, Janelle Wiley of Oakboro, NC; 6 grandchildren.
