Bessie Doby Frick, 89, of Salisbury, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury, NC.
She was born December 1, 1933 in Rowan County to the late Willie Doby and Nora Miller Doby. Bessie worked as a Inspector for Cannon Mills.
She was a life long member of Luthers Lutheran Church.
Bessie was a loving Wife and Mother. She enjoyed trips to the mountains, crocheting and making afghans. She loved her family very much.
In addition to her parents, Bessie was preceded in death by her Husband, T. E. "Frog" Frick.
Bessie is survived by her Son, Mike (Pat) Frick of Salisbury, NC; Daughter, Susie (Brad) Hardister of Salisbury, NC; Two Granddaughters, Heather (Keith) Jones, L. Nicole (Alex Williams) Hardister; Grandson, Nathan Hardister; three Great Grandsons, Justin (Sarah) Jones, Brandon (Celine) Jones, Conner Oddon; Great Granddaughter, Avery Hardister; four Great Great grandsons, Hunter Jones, Easton Jones, Eli Jones and Ryder Jones.
The family will greet friends and relatives on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Luther's Lutheran Church, Richfield, NC.
The memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, in the Luther's Lutheran Church, Richfield, NC, with Pastor Jeff Hoffner officiating.
Burial will follow the service in the Luther's Lutheran Church Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Luther's Lutheran Church, 4955 Richfield Road, Richfield, NC.
