Helen died, some time between 6 PM yesterday and 10 AM today. Based on all the observable evidence, here is my best guess.
She had dinner in the cafeteria at 5 PM. Looked okay to folks who saw her. Sometime during the evening she decided to retire. Took off all her clothes and folded them neatly and placed them on a chair by the bedroom door. But she was found in bed unclothed and wearing all her jewelry. Her nightgown was hanging on a chair by the bed. My hunch is that something told her in the process of dressing for bed to lie down for a bit. She never got up. Her face (as yet untouched by anybody) appeared peaceful. It did not appear that there had been any struggle. She was simply lying on her side in the bed.
