The three youngest sons of John Charles Franklin Kluttz moved to Tennessee after 1874 where they married three daughters of Henry Maness of Lauderdale County. In 1874 Robert C. Klutts brought suit against his guardians, Alexander, George, and Charles Lyerly, for $2000. It was settled for $413.
